It would be hard to describe the elegance and style of this restaurant without focusing on the food, but the space is so welcoming and beautiful it must be mentioned. The food though: The multi course meal provided flavors that never disappointed us. Every course was a surprise, but expertly flavored and delicately delivered. The service was calm yet attentive and the pace of our 8 courses was serene. The food was divine with mellow flavors combined to please even a picky patron. The presentation was delicate and appealing to the eye. I cannot say enough about Locanda Viola. It is the epitome of high end cuisine in small town Italy. You will feel at times so relaxed, so taken care, and so fulfilled that you will forget you are not in a restaurant that takes years to get a reservation. Find your way here and you will understand their commitment to the harmonious experience of eating well.

Anniversary dinner with 6-course surprise tasting menu, 2 glasses of perfectly paired wine. Excellent food, surprising flavors, refined but not cloying environment. An experience to repeat.
I can say, without exaggeration, that it is the best place where we have ever had dinner.
The dishes are all delicate, balanced but above all different. There is not a flavor out of place and during the tasting we experienced a very interesting culinary journey.
The raw materials are of the highest quality (try the anchovies to confirm what I said).
The cocktails are particular and not banal.

Definitely above average place but without the "discomfort" that can be felt in luxurious places. Giulia is the added value in the room and the quality of the cuisine is truly worth the entire price of the ticket.

In a quiet and little-known village, here you find this little corner of the house, furnished with style and very welcoming, the tables are all different and the attention to detail, the modern cuisine with a very tasty Middle Eastern touch! All perfect! Amazing desserts!

Cozy inn for couples or groups, tables in different styles from the 1930s to today. truly exceptional food you can see but above all you can feel that they worked in the East. 7-course tasting menu (our journey) initially took us to Chile and then moved from New Zealand to Thailand, China, Sri Lanka. What can I say, a spectacular tasting and olfactory journey, all truly balanced. The staff then makes you feel more than at home, on holiday.♥️✈️ A big thank you. Absolutely go there.
